"I have had the great pleasure of working with Professional Builders Services since the year 2000. What I have enjoyed the most from the services provided to us is that Mr. John Morgan, the President and Founder of this company, and his employees know how to treat customers with respect and the utmost level of honesty, professionalism, and cleanliness before, during and after the completion of a project. By this I mean that for over 20 years of being serviced by them, I have NEVER had to mention to Mr. Morgan and/or his employees: (a) "Please clean your feet," (b) "Please be careful with....," (c) "Please pick up and clean up the area that you forgot to clean after you finish the job," (d) What is the reason that the job is not going to be done on time," etc. PBS has completed all of my projects assigned to them , within or below budget, and without having to come back to fix details that were not properly done. In addition, when I have asked PBS to get something done that was not correct, I have been often suggested by them "better, cheaper, and faster-to-complete" solutions.
Bottom line: I wish that all contractors were as ethical and responsible as Professional Builders Services."
