In 1999 John Morgan gave Southland Machine, Inc., including assets, accounting, supervisor Craige Kinney and cash to Charlie. John had made improvements to Charlie's property, installed two jib cranes and moved all equipment in place, fully functioning, to his building at 1111 N. Harris, San Bernardino, Ca.
